A year in the making, our Collection 12 Month Matured Christmas Pudding is packed with vine fruits, whole glacé cherries, Braeburn apple and almonds. Brandy, rum and cider bring warmth and depth, finished with a touch of Cognac. Matured for 12 months to develop a complex, balanced flavour.
