For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened use immediately. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator for 24 hours) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze. Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
