I buy the large size of my favourite cereal as it is best value for money.However the box is quite wide and tricky to hold making the contents tumble out and overfill my dish.Then last week I saw this storage box and ordered one.It takes the full box of cereal easily and I have no trouble pouring out the exact amount that I want as it's not so wide as the cardboard box making it easy to hold.I have these in other sizes including one that I keep the cats' biscuits in :) Great!

Breaks Easily
No, I don't recommend this
I find it hard to believe there are so many good reviews when I have had two of these and they both broke soon after purchase. The plastic holding the lever in place split on both occasions meaning the seal no longer functioned. The internal spring now keeps popping the two halves apart so the box no longer has a lid. I won't buy these again

These containers have proved very useful for breakfast cereals. The cereal stays fresh and crisp; the container is easy to fill and dispense from. Four stars because I’m looking for some more of this size and I can’t find them online or in store☹️

Fine but looks cheap
I bought this as it was the right size for my very thin pull out larder shelves. I didn't like the look of it - the white is too glossy and the clear plastic toggle on top is far from stylish. When it arrived it was much as I expected, cheap looking. I certainly wouldn't have it out on the worktop on display but to store a decent amount of cereal inside a cupboard it's fine. I bought some lovely cute looking smaller storage tubs from somewhere else at a much better price but they unfortunately don't do a size big enough for the larger cereal boxes.
