I bought the fitness gel as a present for my daughter to go with her fitness oil, so I have not used the gel. But if it’s anything like the fitness oil I buy, it will be lovely. The smell of it is light and fresh not at all overpowering. I use the oil a lot in the summer months, as I find it stops the mosquito’s biting me. Without the oil, I get bitten really bad.
