Firm Control Magicwear™ No VPL Thigh Slimmer with Cool Comfort™ Technology

I bought these to wear under leggings and trousers. They work really well at smoothing the thigh, and don't roll up. They are slightly more generous than previous years, and shorter in the leg. It would be nice to have a product made in the same fabric which is longer in the leg, perhaps to the knee like cycle shorts, as these would smooth out lumps and bumps under leggings without the slight band on the thigh that these leave.

This pair I bought I have returned because they were far too tight, measured them against ones I have and the new pair was at least 2 inches smaller all over , had to go a size bigger to get correct fit.

I bought these because I have previously bought from cheaper discount stores but the quality is poor, and washing deteriorates the fabric. So I splashed out at nearly £30 and have been horribly disappointed. I am a large lady (18-20) and so I bought a size 20. Usually M&S sizes are generous but I struggled in putting it on. The leg curls up and the sizing is not at all what it should be. I wore it for about two hours before abandoning it forever. How do I get a refund when it's obviously been worn? A lot of money for a garment that promised so much but I'll be going back to the discount store, where value for money is paramount.

I bought these to go under my bridesmaid dress as I wanted to hold my tummy in a bit more and create a smoother silhouette. I feel like the pants did the job, they held my stomach in and made a noticeable difference to how I looked in my dress. The waistband didn't roll down but the one negative for me was that the legs rolled up a number of times throughout the day so I had to keep hitching them back down, so if you are buying these pants to slim your thighs more than anything else, this might be a bit of a problem. But they were pretty comfortable other than that and I'll definitely wear them again when I want to smooth any lumps and bumps out!

I have tried lots of differant shape wear from high street discount to top designer costing three times the price of these. I'm a 10/12 in Marks clothing but I had a size 14 in these. That's because I don't need to drop a dress size but I do want smoothing and firming under tight fitting dresses. That's exactly what these do. They are very comforatble no rolling up on the leg or down from the waist and cool enough to wear on the hottest days. I'm about to go this afternoon and buy some more! I like the 'lace ' detail in the fabric but what I think would improve the style as a little more of the pattern in the weave and perhaps other colours?? A soft pink? or a sultry midnight blue?

I'm only a size 6/8 so bought these to wear under a dress that has a thin material meaning no matter what I wore underneath you could see it. Then really work, they smoothed out my figure, I haven't had any problems with the legs rolling up. Material is soft, thin but still does it's job. Really comfortable. Maybe a teeny bit expensive, but then again shapewear always seems to be. Only con would be that as they don't come up very high on your waist/tummy, and they are topped with an elastic strip, you can sometimes see where they end and where my tummy slightly sticks out. This is only a slight con though as my boyfriend said he couldn't see what I was going on about! Worth buying. Also staff in the store were really really helpful and helped me decide on this product.

The legs of these roll up from time to time. A little bit of that rubber-ish tape that others use would go a long way here, by keeping the legs in place and not allowing them to creep or roll upwards.

i love my purchase of Magic Secret Slimmin Firm Control Thigh Slimmer. they are exactly what they say on the box, it held me in all the right places, it does it job perfectly. Why is M&S stopping this product. This product is the best in that the fabic is soft, a nice feeling against your skin, you don't even know that you have it on. Why try to improve this product when it is perfect. Why stop selling it, only to replace it with one that is not as good, or as soft or as perfect at doing the job it is supposed to do. This product has a great finish and brillant when washed and tumbled dryed, it just goes back into it's orginal shape and does it's job.

I bought these to try and find a more comfortable solution to the VPL than having to always wear a thong. This product is terrible, after about one hour the legs roll up and become extremely uncomfortable, it does not matter how many times you pull the legs down they immediately roll back up again. I am only a size 10 so dont consider this underwear has to work too hard on me. I have tried to wear them three times and the same problem with the legs has happened each time. I will be writing to complain and ask for my money back - An expensive mistake, £29.50 down the drain if I cant get a refund
