I just love the service i continuesly receive from marks and spencers on finchley Rd, mo was absolutely amazing, he actually walked with me with my large floor lamp in a trolley to were i needed to go, what an amazing person, please please give him a great appraisal plus Davina was extremely helpful, have to say your staff in finchley Rd Swiss cottage are the best plus the manager that morning was also very helpful and went the extra mile as did mo, seriously i can't praise them all enough, I've given reviews before and always the staff in Swiss cottage never fail to please me, just amazing

While I’m fairly happy with the lamp it took you 3 attempts to get me a complete lamp so my whole experience shopping with M&S was in a word painful with the fact I still have two incomplete lamps. Won’t be shopping with you again

This lamp is everything I wanted and more! It’s very easy to put together. One thing I will say, it’s very heavy when you collect, due to the marble base, so be prepared - however, I had amazing service and a guy helped me take it out and lad in my car. It is fabulous!
