Faux Leather Chevron A-Line Mini Skirt

I first noticed this skirt on the mannequin in store and was instantly drawn to it because it looks interesting with the pattern and different textures. It fits very well and I would say it is true to size. I found the quality to be very good too as with all M&S items. I wear it with tights, boots and a jumper tucked in and it looks lovely and is very comfortable.

I ordered this in Green and Black as i love it so much, I'm 5'10" and a size 16 and it is very short (basically it just skims my butt) but I wear it with very thick tights so I still feel comfortable. Everyone has commented on how good it looks.

lovely skirt, fits a little big but not too big. good skirt for wearing when going out for dinner leaving you enough room for dessert!

True to size and a key piece to use with leggings during the winter. Really looking forward to wearing it for the first time tomorrow.

Bought a size bigger & wear it on the hips not the waist & so it’s longer. Had loads of complements already, very happy!

This is a beautiful skirt and very stylish. Excellent value for money but is far too short! Would be great for a younger lady. Why is it not offered in different lengths. Sadly had to return as too short.

I have mixed feelings about this skirt. I chose the gold metallic colour which was nothing like the picture shown and was actually in my opinion an olive green metallic however still very lovely however NOT gold. The lining, faux suede were of a nice quality giving it a light feeling, however on closer inspection there were two long loose threads hanging centre front of skirt which took away its' initial appeal. At the time of buying there were only two reviews and both seemed very happy with no obvious sizing issues. I exchanged down from my usual size 10 (which I've been all my life, no matter where I shop) to a size 8 and this was still too big!! If there were any size 6's left, I would have exchanged again, however there isn't so off to the dry cleaners for "alterations" and upping final cost of skirt. I would recommend to a friend however on the proviso of going down two sizes. This is the third piece of clothing I've bought and I am finding that the sizes are noticeably bigger compared to wherever I've shopped, however this skirt was considerably bigger than usual. I've also noticed I'm not the only one here "commenting" on sizing. The only thing that has fitted to "true size" was the black lace sheer body from the "Rosie for Autograph" range of lingerie.

I love this skirt and I know I will wear it for years. I could only find it in a size 10 and as I'd like the fit to be slightly tighter I am going to take it in - it's not difficult, 2 seams and it's done. I agree with the other reviewers in that M&S need to look at their grading system on sizing, their clothes are always huge.

Saw this skirt in store today. Beautiful colour and design but way too short and I'm only 5 feet tall !! Why is it not available in two sizes like most of the other A line skirts. Would have definitely purchased but for the length.

I loved this skirt as it's very trendy and good value for money quality-wise (ie the chevrons lined up back and front and it's lined). Unfortunately I had to send it back as it is too short. Although I do like short skirts eg with opaque tights and boots, this one is far too short for me. A great look though
