No, I don't recommend this
Ok I’m a 5.5 in footwear so have to buy 6 often and put insoles in These trainers fit without insoles but were a bit toe tight and just weren’t springy enough to warrant buying for the gym

Bad sizing
No, I don't recommend this
They feel like a half size too big, didn't notice till after I had worn them outside or I would have returned. Feet slip out even when laced in all the different ways for a secure fit. Can't wear them! Terrible sizing, you need to try before you buy.
