I didn’t think it would work…..but it absolutely does!! After trying various pills and potions over the years I saw this in M&S, with money off. And it has helped me sleep better than ever. I nod off quickly, and stay asleep until my alarm goes off! The smell is incredibly soothing and I’m so grateful it was invented!

I don't sleep well at all but since I have been using the Deep Sleep Body Cocoon my sleep has been much better. I just rub a small amount into my lower arms and hands and it seems to do the trick. Long may it continue.

Used this for about 4 nights on my legs and arms; lovely texture, rubs in easily and yes I did sleep well. I like the lavender fragrance but found it has (for me) a strange musty after scent. I received this tube as part of the M&S Advent calendar.
