Bought to go with matching trousers and they do! Pleat/piping on sides matches in to the trousers and adds an element of interest I’m not wearing a blouse underneath and I’m happy with the neckline - not too high, the arm holes not gaping and the length I’m 5’5”, busty and the TB size 4 is a neat but not tight fit. I’d say a UK14 Good quality material Happy with sale price
