Quite a heavy-weight fabric so these trousers hang well. I did need to shorten them 4cm but this was straightforward. Possibly a tad narrower in the waist than some trousers of the same size but the waistband is stretchy so not an issue. Overall I am pleased and the navy colour matches well with so many of my tops.

High quality and durable. The material does not wrinkle, unlike other M&S chinos. Flattering shape and very comfortable. I got the short length which was perfect on me - I'm 5ft 3"

These trousers are very comfortable with added stretch. I'm having to buy wide-leg trousers, however, I found out recently that the 'carrot' shape also fits my legs, it would be good to have this shape added as an option.

I love these trousers. I don't never buy pale coloured or high waisted bottoms but I have the navy pair and they are so comfortable and flattering. I hesitated over the beige version but a staff member convinced me to try so I did. Best decision, I am 5ft 8 and bought the short both times so they are like ankle grazers, perfect for the summer. Perhaps this length is why they work for me, a longer pair would have meant quite a lot of extra fabric. I really hope these come in further colours for the autumn and winter.

Bought for the summer - I am 5’3” and standard size 12. I bought the short/petite in size 12. Length was just right with flat sandals - size was generous - perhaps the word is comfortable. However I found the material just a little heavy for summer/holiday in warmer climes and tbh I don’t wear chino trousers in the winter so I returned them. However, they are a very good quality and well-made so I would recommend - unfortunately they just didn’t suit what I wanted.
