Cotton Rich Denim Fitted Shirt

Stiffer material that expected so not comfortable. I will wear it more as an overshirt than a shirt on its own.

It matches quite well with my M+S dark indigo jeans , it’s helped to bridge that gap between summer and autumn outfits , feels stylish and is comfortable to wear.

What I like about this shirt is the colour and quality of the denim and the gold top stitching. In fact the front of the shirt is perfect - fits beautifully and the collar is just right, with no gaping in the front. What I don’t like is the sleeves are too long (I have to fold the cuffs back) and the back of the shirt detailing just looks wrong. There is a pleat on the back at the yoke which creates space but then the cut at the bottom is a slim fit so it makes the extra fabric bulk out at the top. I feel like this should have had darts at the back instead (and I intend to put some in). I wouldn’t normally bother to alter something like this but the rest of the shirt is so nice.

Love it! Love it! I was inspired to buy this by the Women's Wear Designer on the first episode of M&S Dress the Nation. I bought a 16 which fitted beautifully and fortunately was a very close colour match to my M&S Jeans even to the colour of the detail stitching. The jeans top is well designed and is comfortable to wear.

This jacket or shirt is well cut and a dark denim. If you bought the Bella Freud jeans last year you could wear as if a jumpsuit. Good length so longer than sweaters and blouses
