Cotton Rich Checked Barrel Leg Trousers

I struggle to find flattering trousers as I carry any extra pounds on my torso. The high waistband and the flat section above the pleats make these trousers lie flat, rather than adding bulk. I love the playfulness of the yellow check and the shape of the legs. The fabric is light so good for cooler summer days and early autumn . As I’m just under 5ft 4, I wear mine turned over twice at the hem, and this both holds in place and works style wise. I wish I had bought the navy too before it sold out!

It took awhile to keep a pair of these. Saved my points to buy a size 20 as I assumed a more structured fit being Jaeger - they were much too big. Sent for size18 they were much too tight. So I waited a while then tried again, size 20 - no then size 18 - yes just right. I have learnt over time that new batches are not always the same fit. It this case it worked. I have loved seersucker fabric since being young. I love the feel, weight and touch. The colouring on these is really lovely, not too bright and will match and mix with a wide variety of other colours. Not worn them yet but soon will. The belt is very long !

Bought for the summer something that you could wear for a special occasion or going out for a meal Lovely lightweight trousers looks great with navy or cream top The 8 were a snug fit so went for the 10 which gives a little extra room especially in this hot weather Very pleased with them feel very smart and nice to look different to everyone else wearing plain coloured trousers

I’ve never seen anyone look good in a pair of barrel leg trousers until now. Doesn’t matter what height of size they were. When I was browsing, I came across this pair. I thought, is this the one girl who looks good in anything, cos I just loved the look of them from waist to ankle. I ordered them to try. I absolutely love them. So anyone who thinks the same as I did, these are well worth a try. Definitely 5 stars from me.
