Well worth the additional expense, because the item will wash well, retain its shape and be usable for a number of years, No bits of lace that quickly has holes, and being made of a thicker fabric is suitable for wearing under flimsier made trousers or skirts,

I bought a larger size than usual as I know from experience Sloggi are much smaller than M&S sizes (two sizes up). The body was loose but the elastic was too tight.

Very good quality pants. Pants hold your tummy in better than usual pack of pants. A little tighter than thought they would be but probably as i was so used to the softer pants.
