Water Resistant Mac with Stormwear™

Delighted with this very stylish coat/mac. Looks and feels excellent quality. Just right for autumn and spring wear- not heavily padded, but enough to protect from those chilly days. Have not worn it yet in the rain, but have no reason to doubt its wet resistance. A word about the fit/size of this coat may be helpful if ordering online. I am at the very top end of large (L) in accordance with measurements given in the size charts and with M&S coats, sweaters, etc., I have found their L to be a little too small. Their XL is the more more comfortable fit, so, as usual,I ordered this coat in XL. As others reviewers have said, they found this coat roomy. It is - not hugely, but enough in this case for the XL to be a touch too big for me. So I exchanged it for the L, which fits me (and the size-chart!) well. Lovely coat: I look forward to wearing it every time now - highly recommended.

This was the second mac purchased - first one was returned with a failed/broken zip and credited without problem. Initial impression is that it is a stylish garment, but could be refined with a heavier duty zip.

I am so happy with this product, the product is a bit big yes, but the texture, the quality and elegant design is lovely.

Great garment very well put together. A little big between a med/large so ordered large. Good fit with jacket under. Bit big with chunky jumper under. Looks pretty smart on and very practical in the rain.

We bought 3 of these to get the right size. It seems the long option is really just longer sleeves so it would be helpful to indicate this in the product detail. It is a really good mac, stylish, practical and good value for money. Well done M&S!

A great classic style with neckline that can be turned down into a collar. Light to wear yet very warm. A smart coat of a sensible length to just above the knee.

This jacket is very stylish both as a formal overcoat and as a casual jacket. Warm enough without becoming uncomfortable and certainly keeps you dry in bad weather. Pockets are both spacious and ideally placed.

This was a present bought for me that was orderd online. Unfortuanatley it was too large, had to exchange it for a size small, normally I`m a medium. The small fitted better but was a little tight in the shoulders. Not worn in the rain as yet so can`t vouch for the waterproofness.

Nice smart jacket but agree with other reviews on the large side. Can be worn smart or casual.

loved the look of this jacket but I'm afraid was big all over, I ordered a medium long but it looked like medium giant, even the sleeves were miles too long, I've returned this and will keep looking for a longer line jacket

I Bought this mac for my son who is a bit fussy and to my surprise he is delighted with it .He loves the length and the style .Normally he doesn't like my taste says I'm old fashioned so I was delighted with my purchase.
