I have always bitten my nail, but recently kicked the habit. Seemed worth investigating in this kit to celebrate! The oil smells wonderful, very spa-like. The nail polishes are subtle and work well for me. I don't do coffee breaks, but this took longer than shoving some instant coffee in a mug and boiling the kettle ;-)
