Caused lip allergy

I was very excited to try this lip balm since it uses natural ingredients. I really enjoyed the scent and how the product feels on the lips. However, only after 4 days of use, I developed an allergy or intolerance (likely to the Lanolin) and the edges of my lips are very cracked, sore and painful. Unfortunately I will be discarding the product.

I bought a paired chapstick and as soon as I smelled it I was in love it literally smells like the cupcakes my dad used to bake when I was a kid I am so overwhelming happy with is Chap stick that for you Burt’s bees i give you a 5/5 if I could I would give u a 10/5 thank u for making my most favourite chap stick it cured my dry lips and fixed having to find a chap stick that doesn’t smell like plastic.

I don’t know what ingredient they use for the scent but I’m pretty sure it caused an allergic reaction. I couldn’t believe it was the lip balm as I have never reacted even to cheap lip products so I kept using it. Big mistake my lips got so raw and I should have known as when I put it on there was a mild stinging which I ignored. I bought a pack of 2 which was quite expensive for the tiny tubes and I’m too scared to even try the other one so will throw them both out. What a waste of money especially as I decided to try a more natural brand thinking it would be more gentle and good for my skin. Will stick to Vaseline lip products cheap and doesn’t give me any reaction

I bought this yesterday and instantly loved the flavor. The application is smooth and the formula lasts really nice and long on my lips. As someone who is prone to very very chapped lips, this is totally worth it. I used to use the cucumber and mint one but hated that since it chapped my lips after a few minutes but this is really good!

For soft, moisturised lips

I got this because no matter the weather my lips often suffer from being dry and I thought to stay ahead of the game this time and get one with coconut so it stays hydrated and locks in moisture for longer. It comes in a handy size you can carry on the go and is easy to open and close too. Smells great you’ll want to have it on all the time.

I bought this chapstick a few days ago, and not only is the taste and scent of the product subpar to my expectations, but the overall texture and feel of the lip balm itself feels chunky and within a few days of using it, it has literally begun falling apart. I have never had this experience with Burt's Bees products, and I hope this is an anomaly.

I love the smell of this lip balm, the texture can be quite different than regular chapstick. However, must keep in mind it is made with safe and natural ingredients. Will continue using this lip balm along with other flavours.

I bought this lip balm last year and was very pleased with it. It smelled so good and was hydrating my lips just right. Also, the ingredients are reassuring compared to a lot of other lip balm. It is so good that someone stole if from me... :( I will be buying another one soon! :)

Not a fan. I have always been enthusiastic w natural and ethical products such as Burts Bees, and as a result excited to try it. However on buying this specific product, I experienced dry and cracked, flaky lips that I did not have before. At first I blamed it on the weather, but found it very suscpicous, and so I looked at other reviews that reported the same issue. Despite the gorgeous scent and appeal that roped myself and my friend in, she has also experienced incredibly chapped lips and has used these products for a while religiously and tried a few flavours. I am really disappointed with this product. Do not reccomend.

I bought this today for the Vanilla Bean since the single one was sold out. I was very excited to try it because people were saying it smells like cupcakes. I am very disappointed. It has no smell to it and smells and tastes like plastic.

I just opened a brand new Coconut and Pear lip balm that I got for Christmas 2018 AND IT SMELLS EXPIRED. nothing like coconuts or pears. It literally smells expired. So disappointing because Burts Bee’s is always my #1
