Such a clever idea. I have this in both medium and large sizes and they are perfect for washing fruit, draining smaller portions of pasta etc. saves lugging around and washing up a huge colander every time plus they look so pretty on the counter!

it is currently full of picked blackberries from my garden hedge. I love the weight, shape, and colouring of this colander.it is more of a decorative piece than an item of kitchen ware but a useful edition nevertheless Itis a great little addition to my home accessories collection. I might buy the bigger version if there is still one available.

Gorgeous colander, perfect size for berries or single portions. I previously bought the larger size as well as other things in the range as I love the semi matt, speckled glaze and the prices are excellent. The only thing is that rice or lentils might escape, but I have a special rice washing colander for that.
