Serve up a quintessentially British afternoon tea packed with summery strawberry flavours

While we may not be eating strawberries and cream courtside this summer, you can still enjoy a delicious treat that lets sweet summer strawberries take centre stage. This weekend, I’ll be serving up an afternoon tea for my family in the garden, featuring scones adorned with our brand-new strawberry clotted cream. This game-changing scone-topper is made from milk from Jersey and Guernsey cows, for an indulgent texture and rich flavour. Next on the menu is a grown-ups-only sundae, which combines vanilla ice-cream with our super-sweet Red Diamond strawberries, white chocolate and our pink gin cream. All that’s left to decide is tea, or fizz?
