Why no gift message function?
No, I don't recommend this
Easy process to order and deliver as a gift for a friend but we should be able to enclose a message and, at the very least details of who the gift was from. This parcel arrived on time but the recipient received several gifts at the same time so there was some confusion about who sent what ! The gift set was appreciated and is a great idea for a coeliac.

GREAT GET WELL GIFT.
It is so difficult to buy gifts for a person who is a coeliac. My friend has been in hospital for two months . I regularly buy M &S gluten free biscuits so knew I could rely on them. So when I heard that she was coming home I ordered a hamper . She was delighted with it. So much more use than a bouquet of flowers and lasts much longer.

M&S Gluten free for an old childhood friend.
I bought it from someone who use to be my neighbour when we were children. We have kept in touch all our lives and now sadly he has to live in a nursing home due to his needs. We usually take him out from a meal near Christmas time but this year myself and my husband had nasty colds & coughs . As.my old neighbour has to have a gluten free diet I thought if this gift for him which he absolutely loved .

This looked excellent and was delivered on time. There were still complaints from the recipient that they couldn’t enjoy it, as it also contained dairy, so if M&S could do a gluten free, dairy free, fruit free and utterly fun free gift box next year, I’ll get that, and then they can not enjoy that as well. Alternatively, I could just go away for Xmas next year. All the best x

This was ordered for my coeliac sister who rates M&S gluten free products. She and I were really disappointed with the contents of the gift. Essentially the only gluten free products were the biscuits. jam, honey and tea bags being naturally gluten free. It really doesn't feel an exciting gift to give 4 packets of biscuits when you do so many other exciting gluten free items from brownies, mince pies, scones and chocolate..... I really think you could have upped your game on this one
