Really love this skirt - it's as stylish and on-trend as the much more expensive versions from other brands. It's true to size rather than on the big side, which I often find with M&S. Plenty of stretch so actually quite flattering on curvy hips. It looks good with simple tees, a breton top etc. Perhaps tan buttons would have been better than black ones, but the tan stitching means I can still wear it with brown leather bag/shoes/sandals. Hope M&S will release more items like this!

I had been looking for a denim skirt for a while and saw this in a magazine. I ordered the skirt at 11am on a Sunday morning and I collected it at 12pm free of charge from store the next day. The skirt fits well looks great and is of good quality. At £35 its not over priced and for the quality of the fabric, cut etc I think its a great price.

didn't think this item was worth the money.when comparing this against other items of m and s clothing I have,it was two inches smaller on the waist.doesnt look as good as picture was really disappointed

Wish I had bought this skirt when I saw it a few months back, when I went to purchase it had sold out. I have just bought it now and love the style and detailing - it is good denim. The only I would say is be careful of the size as mine came up a bit big after I had worn it, due to the stretch in the denim.

very very disappointing that you ran out of larger sizes again. Believe it or not there are a lot of ladies out there that are larger than a size 12 and still want to look good. wake up M&S listen to your ladies stop making frumpy cloths and when you do make good ones think about make more in larger sizes. rating would be higher if you had the stock quality would be higher if you had the stock fit dont know as you have not got my size how did it fit SEE ABOVE recommend a friend yes if you had the stock

Read the reviews on this skirt and had spotted one similar in a magazine at a ridiculous £260 (Chloe)...so I just had to have it! Living overseas I had to continually check online to see when it was in again so that I could order it, kept on missing out until finally I got one! Was it worth all the hassle...quite simply yes, I love the style, material and fit...it will see my nicely through Autumn in Sydney!!

I unsure about this skirt. It's looser than I'd hoped on the hips but fits nice around the waist. Im thinking that if I went down a size my stomach would stick right out and seeing as it's buttons it wouldn't look very nice! This could quite possibly stay in my wardrobe. However might look lovely on someone with flat stomach and not so hippy!!

lovely skirt - had been on the look out for a denim skirt this season in the new 70s style, so midi length and this is the best I've found from the high street for the money. V good value. Does come up a little small though I think - I tend to find M&S sizing to be on the larger side, but this is probably more on the small side. If you order online get two sizes to try. I prefer a more relaxed fit just off the waste for this style of skirt, so I went for the larger size.

I love this skirt and have been waiting for this style of skirt to return for some time! The skirt is a good fit I am a size 8-10 although the size 8, I have kept, does feel a little snug. The size 10 did not fit well on the hips, this was returned. Just be aware if you are between sizes, buy 2 sizes to ensure you get the correct fit.

Looks great and a perfect fit! Excellent quality denim and love the shape! I may be in my 70s but still weigh just under 9 stone and a size 8 - the same as in my 20s! I will never, ever get tired of anything made of denim!

I ordered this for my sister in Australia and she tells me that she is delighted with this skirt. A good fit, true to size, good quality and style. What a great skirt, I bought my usual size and it fits well. A super 70s look, updated to include our great friend Lycra in order to fit perfectly, with plenty of stretch incorporated. It comes to just below my knee ( I'm 5'4) and looks lovely with a pair of boots. I can see this being a spring staple as it can be dressed up or down.

First saw this skirt on the posters in store.Out of stock very quickly but fortunately they restocked.Absolutely gorgeous denim skirt looks great on, very flattering.Ordered both the size 12 and 14 ,glad I did as the 12 was tiny ,put the 14 alongside a 12 I have bought from markies before and it was the same size so I think there sizing is out.Definitely recommend ,take you right through spring to summer.
