I bought these letterbox flowers as a thank you gift for my wife ,when they arrived and were unwrapped I was slightly worried that they would not open and indeed I thought this for 2 days but suddenly they opened and are absolutely beautiful flowers, we are both very thrilled with them

When they arrived they did not look too good, with several flowers broken, but the flowers that were not broken recovered and looked pretty. Not sure I would buy them again. These were a birthday gift for my daughter in law.

Really disappointed in these flowers. I bought them for my daughter to brighten up her flat. They looked nothing like the picture when they arrived, they were very bland in colour (not colourful like the picture) and many of the flowers didnt even open! My daughter didnt want to say anything about the flowers as she didnt want to upset me

Very happy with my purchase I sent to my elderly mother as a little treat as still shielding.They arrived on time and beautifully packed,lovely colours and lasted very well.Brillant price and such a clever idea as she is quite frail and elderly so finds undoing large bouquets very difficult to manage.

Purchased letterbox flowers as a surprise for a friends, birthday,knowing they might not be at home and had an adequate size letterbox to post them through. Left on the doorstep by DPD delivery. What's the point in "letter box flowers!!" I think M n S need to change their delivery agents.

The flowers were sent to a lady who is unable to get to door this was the reason for sending letterbox flowers so when her carers came they could arrange them but carrier left them outside and they had a large RED sticker to say put through letterbox please advise carrier this was requested for a reason

Absolutely disgraced with this purchase. The flowers arrived wilted and some with heads missing. For £22 pounds I expected better. Have seen better displays outside the garage for a fiver. Thank goodness I didn’t buy them as a present for somebody else for I would have been highly embarrassed.
