Deliveries for items over 85kg can be delivered to 1st floor and will require team to keep footwear on. Protection will be applied to the flooring of your address to ensure not damage. A lift is required for delivery to floors higher than 1st floor.
We are unable to deliver furniture to the Orkney Islands, Northern Ireland, internationally, some post codes (see exclusions) or to our stores for collection.
Delivery will be via our trusted 3rd party supplier. Delivery will via 2-man courier SGK. You will receive dispatch ahead of booking in a delivery date via SGK portal.
