Super soft, the specially developed cover and fibre will help to draw moisture away, creating a drier environment for a more comfortable night's sleep. The hollowfibre fill will keep you comfortable throughout the night.
The tog rating refers to the effectiveness of the duvet to retain heat – the higher the tog, the warmer you will be when you're snuggled beneath it. A 7.5 Tog duvet is ideal if you just want one duvet for the whole year - not too hot, not too cold.

Bought as needed a replacement for my old duvet, was interested in the Body control temperature aspect as hate being too warm in bed. The first night on trying this, the temperature dropped to -3 and I was nice and cosy. It’s very light in weight.

Best night's sleep yet with this Body Temperature Control 7.5 Tog Duvet. I'm a hot sleeper and this coupled with an M and S cool topper really does the trick. If my room temperature falls too low I just put a light throw over it. Jobs a good 'un. Thank you M and S.

True to size and seems to be well made. Although it hasn’t had any freezing weather to test to extreme this seems to be a good combination of Tog rating and weight. Feels comfortable and soft to the touch. Hoping it will prove itself when outside temperatures drop and it doesn’t overheat at the moment.

Although the duvet was very soft and cosy, the 'body temperature control' did not work for me. Im afraid its back in the bag until it gets colder. I would have returned it if i could have as I'm back using my old one.

7.5 tog good all rounder, breathable & light

Replaced a 10 tog which was just too heavy and warm, causing me to sweat and having to air my room in the mornings. This 7.5 tog much lighter and more breathable. When it gets really cold I will add a blanket on top.While in the hot summer months a switch to a 4.5 tog would be needed. Overall this 7.5 tog is a good all rounder and will suffice for most of the year. It feels well made & great to sleep under …not too heavy and not too light & seems to do what it says on the tin.
