Body Temperature Control 7.5 Tog Duvet

Just the best duvet! Lightweight, warm and cool and feels like silk!

I purchased the 7.5 tog version of this duvet to replace a 7.5 tog duvet from another British manufacturer. Both have a polyester filling, and the covers look similar; however, the M&S duvet breathes much better and retains far less heat. For those of you who didn't pay attention in your physics classes, no Phase Change Material will actively cool the surrounding area (its ability to cool is limited to its design constraints), so this duvet will still be warm on a hot night, but it'll be less hot than other synthetic duvets.

I purchased this duvet as my husband is always too hot using our old duvet. This temperature control duvet really works for us. Very pleased with the purchase.

Lovely light soft duvet. I'm not entirely convinced by the body temperature control as I am still inclined to overheat.

Bought as needed a replacement for my old duvet, was interested in the Body control temperature aspect as hate being too warm in bed. The first night on trying this, the temperature dropped to -3 and I was nice and cosy. It’s very light in weight.

Light and warm if you want it to be, cool if you want it to be. Very good to sleep under if you have fluctuating temperature issues, in my opinion.

This duvet is great, feels much warmer than its 7.5 tog rating. It is also not too heavy. I would highly recommend this product

Best night's sleep yet with this Body Temperature Control 7.5 Tog Duvet. I'm a hot sleeper and this coupled with an M and S cool topper really does the trick. If my room temperature falls too low I just put a light throw over it. Jobs a good 'un. Thank you M and S.

Lovely and soft duvet with a luxurious feel. Good weight making it very comfortable. Only disappointment is the temperature sensor, didn’t work for us and felt too warm in milder weather.

Perfect in every way. Snuggly and warm without being too warm. Light as a feather.

True to size and seems to be well made. Although it hasn’t had any freezing weather to test to extreme this seems to be a good combination of Tog rating and weight. Feels comfortable and soft to the touch. Hoping it will prove itself when outside temperatures drop and it doesn’t overheat at the moment.
