Odd shape.
Sadly the odd shape means you cannot put veg in the pan with a small whole chicken. Not quite sure why it is so shallow. Ended up using a cheap foil try for Christmas dinner.

I have been waiting for these items to reappear in my local store. I was advised by one of the M&S staff to order on line. I did this and ordered two to be delivered. Excellent roasting tins. Non stick - very lightweight. Ideal for Sunday roasts or cooking chops etc. Very pleased. Highly recommended.
