(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) size up 1/2 a size for wider feet Im usually size 11 man on running shoes and 11.5 on adidas casual shoes, I went with 11.5 on these no heel support, the shoe upper is very thin, bottom heavy, not ideal for long hours walking colorways look great
