Sizing out of whack!?

These are huge! So long on my 86cm tall daughter. I know my toddler is small, bu these are supposed to fit to someone who’s 86-92cm. I’m also struggling when it comes to clothes for my older son too so I think the measuring is just out of whack for M&S atm.
