Ordered 5 pack 360 Flex horizontal Fly Trunks and got 5 pack multi-coloured vertical fly trunks rolled up and shoved in the bag along with the bashed and flattened packaging for the correct item. No good for gifting as intended and no online option to register my dissatisfaction with M&S. Felt like someone else's return which had been scooped up off the warehouse floor. No confidence in returning and re-ordering.
