Faulty replaced but still the same

Received replacement for faulty pan but the replacement is the same! Also the problem was with all 3 pans in the set but only received a replacement for the one I sent a video of!

After having had Circulon Pans for the past 17+ years we thought we treat ourselves to a new set, as our original pans were, although still excellent pans, were showing a little wear & tear. The new set arrived very fast and are just brilliant.

These are excellent pans but they do have one negative thing to be aware of. If you have large hands the rubber grips on the smaller pans do not cover the metal handle completely. As I found to my discomfort, you can easily grab the hot metal nearest the pan which isn't covered by the grip. It's something you only do once!

Best set of saucepans & frying pan to date. They look good and definitely do as the description states, easy to clean, good control and regulation on my induction hob. Each pan performs well no matter what is being cooked whether sauces, vegetables or stews etc. Small frying pan perfect for omelettes. Just ordered another set for my daughter!

I have bought Circulon pans in the past and they have lasted me for several years and it is only recently that I have had to replace them as the coating inside the pans were beginning to wear off.

I bought this as a replacement for the same set which I bought about 20yrs ago. It’s very good value, very well made, and lasts a very long time. The old set just became a little sticky from excessive scratching as I didn’t look after it too well, but it even so it was still better than most sets.
