Really like these, this is the third pack I’ve bought, very comfortable and wash well. I like that they have the pocket to keep my bag off of my skin. The only gripes I have is that I’d like them to be a bit higher on the waist, but that’s only to cover my scars and a greater variety of colours would be great.

They fit well and the pocket is great for a stoma bag. It keeps it off the skin so doesn't get hot and sweaty. The leg part of the pants have no elastic so hang like summer shorts. May take a bit of getting used to.

I bought these stoma knickers after recent surgery for a loop colostomy. The size 12 fitted perfectly and although they felt a little tight, I think this will ease off after a few washes. The stoma pocket holds the pouch securely and provides great support for everyday activities, such as walking. I would recommend them! And without VAT, they are excellent value.

I only had my colostomy 2 weeks ago. I was initially concerned that it was too tight over my stoma bag but it has made going for walks a lot more comfortable. Nice to have a choice of colours

Good for me but not for all
These work well for where my stoma is sited but can imagine that the pouch does not suit everyone's stoma site. If your stoma is quite low on your abdomen then I think these are not for you as the pouch will bunch up too much under your bag. I am really disappointed that M&S don't have these available to even look at in store as it will be quickly obvious whether they are then going for not. I'm annoyed that I either have to pay for postage or pay for parking in order to get these as the large retail park store does not have them.
