New style stoma knickers are not as good as the old ones the knicker leg not enough elastic and they are not as supportive as the old ones

I only had my colostomy 2 weeks ago. I was initially concerned that it was too tight over my stoma bag but it has made going for walks a lot more comfortable. Nice to have a choice of colours

Good for me but not for all
These work well for where my stoma is sited but can imagine that the pouch does not suit everyone's stoma site. If your stoma is quite low on your abdomen then I think these are not for you as the pouch will bunch up too much under your bag. I am really disappointed that M&S don't have these available to even look at in store as it will be quickly obvious whether they are then going for not. I'm annoyed that I either have to pay for postage or pay for parking in order to get these as the large retail park store does not have them.

This is amazing i had been paying at least 15 pound for 1 pair and bought 3 pairs for 18 pounds they are so comfortable and have the extra pouch to hols my stoma bag x i would love if they would make them in white or neutral for wearing with light color clothes

What a find! These are great. Some issues for me but gave them 5 as I have a hernia and the are really supportive for the times I don’t want to wear the really tight hernia belt. Issues are the back isn’t really big enough and I wondered if I had got the Brazilian type wrongly but hadn’t. So they don’t fit snuggly at back and around legs and my stoma bag doesn’t fit in pouch but that is because of where it is. Loved it if it had. That aside I would certainly recommend and appreciate Marks for taking this on.

Baggy around the legs.

I like the fabric and style of these knickers, the pocket is a bit high for my bag but is OK. However, I was disappointed with the fit around the top of my legs as the knickers are really baggy at the back. I take size 18 but I don't have a big bottom or thighs. I will carry on wearing them but I won't buy any more, I will have to keep looking for some that fit better.
