The size guide is good - L is approximately size 16. The elasticated drawstring waist is comfortable.

Normally never have any concerns about trousers/pants, & the one time that I print my biz name on pants, they come up HUGE!! My client said I look like I have Henchmen trousers on (like a 1990’s Van Damme movie! :))) And as they are personalised, I can’t return. Nevertheless will try boil washing it to shrink. Quality is dab though :)) x
