Good but big!
Good quality, but larger than we expected. The same size in other makes have fitted perfectly. The M and S size smaller from the measurements given seemed too small so we did not risk it. Otherwise fine and value for money.

Comfortable for ostomy people
Yes, I recommend this
These high waisted briefs are comfortable to wear. I have an ostomy and normal briefs interfere with the sticky edge of the bag when worn below the main bag and causes sores. Although the bag is easier to empty with normal briefs comfort and avoidance of sores, which could lead to infection, is more important. The high waisted briefs covers the whole bag and I no longer get sores. I can unzip my flies and access the bag outlet nozzle from the bottom of the briefs to empty.

These underpants are a good buy
These underpants are comfortable and supportive. They are made from good quality materials. They have an easily accessible opening in the traditional style, unlike other types of Men's briefs sold by M&S, and are indeed Y-Fronts, in my view. The only slight niggle is the high waist. You can't buy Y-Front underpants without the high waist now, unlike some years ago. As a piece of advice. I tended to get the Large Size of underpants, but the generous style of these, means Medium Size fits me best.
