My husband has Multiple Sclerosis and his legs are always freezing cold,so having read the reviews,I thought these thermal socks would be ideal.Unfortunately when wearing them his legs were still freezing cold.

Disappointing Thermal Socks
No, I don't recommend this
Firstly, they are true to size and they do stay up due to the tight fitting which is possibly too tight. I bought them to wear with Wellington boots as I hoped they would be a lot warmer than my usual woolen socks. They weren't. They did not perform as well as I hoped and my wool socks are actually warmer.

Not the same sizing as before
No, I don't recommend this
Bought these socks as replacements for a previous purchase of the same product. My main concern is that they have been reduced in size. They no longer reach just below the knee and are extremely tight; so much so that they restrict blood circulation. Very disappointed. I bought 4 sets, so not sure how much were they will actually get. I have some of unused originals to compare them with and they are definately cut down all round. The are supposed to be 12 and a half to 14 and a half; my shoes size is 11, and they are still a tight fit.

I bought these for my husband who is always complaining his feet and ankles are cold. They are a good fit, come up to his knees and he says they are warm. Result! The price is very reasonable when you consider the price of other thermal socks. Because hubbies pleased with them I've ordered another pack.

I wanted knee high socks for myself. Feedback on the ladies socks was not that great so, I d3cided to buy men’s socks instead. They are lovely and warm, a good length but, I am not convinced that the sizing is generous enough to fit the description. I take a 5 1/2 shoe so, I bought the smallest men’s size. Fits me fine but I doubt it would fit the top end of the sizing.
