Good fit
Yes, I recommend this
I've struggled to buy sports bras for years. If I buy my usual bra size they are often too tight in the band, so it's a case of trial and error. Fortunately this bra fits well (ordered my usual M&S size). I use it for cycling, so can't say how well it would stand up to intense activity but, with the option to cross over the straps, I'd be happy to use it for a workout. The quality is good, plus you get two for the price, which I think is great value

Band sizes too small , not standard band sizes
Really don’t understand marks and Spencer’s band sizes. I bought a 32 , I’m usually a 30. I wore it thinking it would be fine but gave me awful tummy ache, when I measured it the band was 24inches on loosest setting

Comfy and supportive however the stitching of the bra when worn under a top looks like you're wearing a tiny bikini underneath your cloths so not very flattering in that sense

I am yet to wear it for a workout but I’ve worn it on a walk and it had good support and was comfortable. I had to size up in the chest size and down in the cup size. My normal size was too tight.

These are definitely not high impact, I have no idea why they’re called “ultimate support” and marketed as sports bras. They’re very good for very light exercise such and yoga or meditation. They’re also ok as sleep bras. However it’s outright untrue to sell them as ultimate support sports bras. They’re also very sweaty, I think they make you sweat more than you normally would in the chest area. As I’ve already worn one I’ll have to keep them as sleep bras. If you’re looking for support exercising and you’re above a 34C AVOID these at all costs. It’s clear that no one tests these or trials these before they’re sold, as they’re clearly not fit for purpose.

Good support but nooooo shape
Good support however boobs pushed together to make one flat boob rather than 2 for most people obviously. This leads to being very hot and Sweaty but needs to be a barrier between boobs or just no shape
