I had the same issue with a broken dinner plate, but M&S were very helpful and replaced the entire set with no hassle at all. It arrived on New Year’s Eve, just in time. I’m really pleased with both the quality of the set and the excellent service.

Perfect and exactly what I wanted for 4 people for Christmas. Unfortunately, there was a breakage with one side plate, but M&S were wonderful and replaced the whole set with no issues whatsoever. Very pleased with items - beautiful design and perfect for entertaining!
