I love the set but the bowls are too big and don’t stack properly. The colour and style of the plates is really lovely but the bowl design is very poor.

Purchased via click and collect. Arrived broken so returned and reordered. All intact this time so washed and put away. Went to use and found the dinner plates didnt sit flush to the table. 2 of them are extremely wonky on the base. Haven't returned because time and effort to get to nearest store. If higher in price then would have called to complain. Put me off buying dinner set from there in the future.

Michigan dinner plates
Some of the plates have glazing defects, some are not as round as others. It’s not possible to return individual plates either so the whole set has to go back. I also bought the matching mugs too and all of them had manufacturing defects. It was like they are seconds - quality control must have been a bit lacking the day these were checked.

The quality isn’t really what I’d expect. The rim of the plates is not neat and it looks like I’ve bought it from a seconds outlet. I wish I’d have taken it back. The feel of it all is very good, nice and sturdy.
