Mum's Yellow Spring Abundance Bouquet

Bought for mother's day. arrived wilted and did not revive. will not buy again.

This was for my mum who is in a care home and she loves receiving these flowers as she was always a keen gardener. No complaints, very pleased.

Mother's Day gift to lift my mum's mood after a stressful time

These were a Mother's Day gift for my 85 year old mother-in law. She was disappointed as they were wilted and half-dead. Neither did they recover when they were put in water. A big disappointment for her and my husband and I.

These were the worst flowers I have ever bought from M & S, presumably because it was Mother's Day and the orders had been farmed out to various florists. They were very dry, two of the tulips were drooping along with the ranunculi. The roses weren't much better and they didn't last a week.

My mother said the roses were bruised but okay once she'd taken off a few outside petals and there were some tulips. I asked about the rununculus and she said there were some twiggy things that snapped with brown heads and she'd had to take them out. She said she was worried that I'd spent money and I wasn't getting good value for it. She gave me the name of her local florist and said that she does beautiful flowers. I don't know what happened here as my mother has been delighted with the flowers in previous years. I'm sorry but I won't be able to buy any more from you, not for my mother anyway.

The flowers arrived for Mother’s Day mostly dead, they had clearly had no water for a while, the card wasn't even included, extremely disappointed M&S!

Have bought flowers through M&S several times and have always been pleased however this item arrived in a particularly sorry state and while parts did improve over the coming days I still feel the image representation doesn't reflect what was actually delivered. Parts of the bouquet were already dead/dying after less than a week. Hopefully this was a one -off...

Usually I am impressed with pretty much anything I get from M&S but these were really disappointing. They were a Mother's day gift and I hoped, being from Marks, they would be quite special. However they arrived rather sad looking - they looked a little bent, a bit dehydrated, a head had fallen off, the personalised card seemed just thrown in the box, with no nice wrapping aside from a small bit of grey tissue paper. As a gift I would have hoped a little more care would be taken in the presentation. The recipient was happy, they arrived on time and they did look better a day after being out of the box - I just would have expected better from Marks for the price.

Bouquet arrived looking a bit squished, but after a few days in water the flowers really opened up and ‘stood to attention’

Ordered for Mothersday, arrived on time, they were a little thirsty but perked up after being in water for a few hours, a very happy mum!

I purchased 2 of these bouquets for Mother’s Day because the quality is normally excellent from M&S. Not very good this time I’m afraid. The flowers didn’t look very fresh on arrival. Purchased online from Australia for delivery in the UK.

I ordered this for my mother for Mother’s Day. She’s old so it was great that I was given a one hour delivery time so she knew it was safe to open the door.
