Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To enjoy your blooms for longer, always re-cut stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet before arranging and placing into a vase, remembering to top up regularly with fresh water

I've bought this bouquet three times in the past two weeks. Two of the deliveries were excellent and the recipients were very pleased. However, the last bouquet was not good with brown petals on the roses. M&S did change them when I rang and complained. The second delivery was excellent.
