Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To enjoy your blooms for longer, always re-cut stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet before arranging and placing into a vase, remembering to top up regularly with fresh water

A friend of mine was having a tough time and I ordered some flowers to be delivered to her, to cheer her up. I selected this bouquet in particular as yellow roses signify friendship. When she recieved them she was thrilled and sent me a photograph. Had she not sent a photograph, I wouldn’t have known there was anything wrong. There was meant to be 29 stems of roses but there was significantly less. The bouquet was called “an abundance of yellow roses” - when infact there were less yellow roses than there was pink and white. The pink and white roses were pretty, but the name of the bouquet would indicate that the yellow roses (chosen specifically for their age-old symbolism of friendship) would be the most prominent colour. There were 24 stems in total and only a few of them were yellow. There should have been 29 stems of a yellow abundance of roses. They were undoubtedly lovely roses, but not what was advertised and ordered. To add insult to injury, the following day the bouquet was two pound less the following day (on the day she recieved them) than the day I had ordered them. I wouldn’t use this service again.
