Delivered safely, on time and the recipient of this gift was delighted

This item looked beautiful whilst inside the packaging but once completely outside the box sadly 2 of the Avalanche Roses were dislodged. However, after a minor rearranging, the candles lit, it took 'pride of place in the centre of our dining room table. And was much admired by our visitors on Christmas Day and beyond. I did contact M&S re this matter, and in turn, were very sympathetic offering me a refund and other options! 2

The arrangement was a gift from my Sister, so I do not know the price, but imagine it was quite expensive. The roses looked almost over when the arrangement was delivered on the Saturday before Christmas and were really ready to remove by Christmas Day. Overall it was rather dull, so we added some other decoration (cinnamon sticks and stars) to brighten it up.

Was very disappointed, ordered it for Christmas Day lunch table, and the roses weren't too good by then already starting to go brown, received it 2 days before expecting it to look good still for Christmas. At £35, all you got was 3 roses, 2 candles and a bit of green and gold leaves, seemed a lot of money for what it was. Will have a go at making my own next year, very disapointing for Marks and Spencer's flowers as usually very very good.

I picked Winter Wonderland because it made a nice change, the recipient was delighted & sent me a photo when it arrived as they were so pleased with it. Well done M&S !

Lovely arrangement purchased two for different friends both said lovely, although one was just put through gate delivery person didn't walk to door ! But thankfully found when I telephone friend to ask if surprise had arrived on the night,and she went in search of box.

Well recieved as a gift by my mum, but the roses didn't last more than a couple of days which was disappointing for the price.

We always send our sister in law a floral centrepiece for Christmas,we have tried several well known florists but we always return to M&S. The arrangement is stunning with its variety of flowers,green stuff and the candles. Does the job perfectly,thank you M&S!!

I sent this as Christmas gift to a lady who appreciated it very much.I did not see it personally,but she described it as a beautiful table centre piece that all her dinner guest admired,and asked where she bought it from.

I was very disappointed. Some of the foliage was limp on arrival and the cream roses discoloured within two days. I have ordered flowers for friends in the past and also received flowers and they have always been very good. This was a great disappointment especially at Christmas.

My order for the above has just arrived. Very pretty, but did not expect the roses to be in full bloom so not too happy as I wanted them to last until 28th December at least. I will need to purchase more to replace them when they wilt so not happy considering the arrangement cost £35!! Hence would not recommend Packaging though was very good.

I sent the floral arrangement as an 80th birthday gift to a dear friend she was delighted with the arrangement which also doubled up as a Christmas arrangement and I would certainly use this facility of sending floral gifts again
