About this style
The fabric for these Jaeger culottes is crafted with a touch of wool for extra refinement. It was a beautiful garment, top quality, but unfortunately it was too long for me personally at 5’2”. It is for someone much taller to be as the intended cropped look. The waste adjustment was excellent. There is no length option I.e. short, regular and long which is a shame. I unfortunately had to return.

These are lined!
Well made. Lovely fabric. Very elegant. Expensive but worth it. Downside was I ordered these and they came in a plastic bag which meant they were very creased. Not acceptable for expensive items like this! I have gently hung and steamed them and the creases have dropped out. Delivery in a nice long recyclable cardboard box would have been better.

These were bought for a wedding. They are well cut with full pleats and the fabric is lined and has a lovely drape. On me, 5’6” they are ankle length but do not sweep the ground. All in all a very special purchase albeit quite expensive. Wish I had bought the navy ones from last season too.

Love these - I had to keep watching for them coming back in my size but well worth the wait. Lovely material with beautiful pleats in a true navy colour. I am only 5ft tall so I knew these would work for me as an ankle grazing trouser rather than culottes and they are perfect. I will wear them a lot! Adjustment on the waistband is nice touch and indicative of higher quality.

Extremely poor construction

Really disappointed in the product quality. The fabric ought to have a lovely drape but is so poorly put together. Stitch tension in the seams is extremely variable and puckers badly in places. One of the panels is torsioned such that it hangs at an angle. Not the quality I’m used to from M&S/Jaeger.

Great quality, runs large so ordered a size down and fitted perfectly, the length was great to wear with shoes or boots. The only thing I thought would make them even better would be a lining! Package was great and they came out ready to wear ( which doesn’t often happen with M&S packages). I would certainly recommend them.

It’s been a long time since I’ve worn culotte style trousers and I’d forgotten how stylish and versatile they can be. Dress em up or down they look good either way. Sizing is generous as I took a chance and ordered a size down from what I usually buy and it fit me with ease. Super happy!
