Disappointed
No, I don't recommend this
I saw the trousers in my local M&S but they did not have my size so I ordered them on line. I ordered my usual size and length, but Oh my when they arrived they were far too long, checked the label and yes they were regular length. Fortunately I have a sister-in-law who is a seamstress and she is shortening them for me, but M&S I think that you have to rework your sizing.

Definitely not ‘short’!
No, I don't recommend this
I bought these in the short length, only to find that they were 30’’ long. This is far longer than other ‘short’ length trousers. Why the difference? The sizing is also on the small size and the fabric, whilst ok for this time of year, will be too thick for warmer days. They had the potential to be great trousers but, sadly, returned.

A change from skinny jeans
No, I don't recommend this
Having worn the trousers on a very cold day I found them thick enough to keep you warm, but to the detriment of the side pockets. The pocket lining was too thin making the pockets flare out of shape. Don’t think I’ll buy another pair.

I thought the green colour and material were both lovely. I fear the wide cut looked dreadful on me and I am returning them. I wonder if they will be replicated in a straight cut - I would buy them like a shot!

Wide leg trousers in new colour
Yes, I recommend this
I was very pleased to see a mention of these trousers online as I can never find what I want in store. I have large legs and am quite tall, like to wear trousers, with wide legs and high waist and these fill the bill exactly and are also a new interesting colour. I was a little concerned as they were described as three-quarter length but as I only wear flat shoes hoped the long length might be long enough. In fact they were too long! I am 5 ft 10 in.I have turned them up and they are fine. I would buy another pair if they become available in other colours - I already have navy ones. I haven't washed them yet so can't comment on that.

Great fit

I really wanted the green, which wasn’t available in my size. So settled for the Navy. Trousers fit lovely, but really wish the material wasn’t as heavy, as really thick. I’ll only be able to wear these when really cold. They may be too hot for the office even in winter. I kept them as they fitted well and because I was after a wide leg long length trouser. As I’ve only just worn these fleetingly I can’t comment on how they wash.

Nice to have wide legged trousers
Yes, I recommend this
I bought these trousers in green and navy. The green is a lovely colour and makes a change. The fabric is a good weight for autumn/winter/spring wear. I returned my first order as from the description I thought these were a cropped style but they are not. So I exchanged the regular length for my usual short length. I did notice that the waist on the navy pair is 1" narrower that the green pair, and slightly tighter on the hips. Overall 5 stars.

Gorgeous trousers
Yes, I recommend this
Really lovely wide leg trousers. They hang perfectly, probably down to the thick material which also makes them feel really expensive. Best fit and shape of wide leg trousers I’ve bought. Will definitely purchase more. I’m 5,2 and bought the 8 regular in navy to wear with my work boots- 3 inch heel- and they fall nearly to the floor so the length is spot on.

Brilliant trousers

Saw these on line and as they are my favourite colour had to have them. Sent for long length as that is what I normally get but they were too long by 4 inches or so. Returned them for medium length and they are a perfect fit. Please could you put the leg length in cm or inches . The same problem arises with skirts as a ‘midi’ length can be anything between knee length ad mid calf.

My new favorite trousers

Love the quality fabric in these, the weight of which means they hang beautifully. Bought both green and navy pairs in long length but one pair is slighter longer in the leg than the other. The green was a real hit with my female colleagues in the office; such a beautiful shade of green.

I love these trousers! I already had the rust coloured pair from Autumn, so was pleased to see new colours. I have purchased the navy pair and find them very smart, yet comfortable for work. They hang very well. I'm 5ft 10 and the long leg is verging on too long, but not so much that they drag in the mud

fantastic trousers

Ordered these trousers in Evergreen. The colour is gorgeous as is the heavyweight fabric which hangs beautifully. I'm 5'6 and ordered the regular length. I did try on a short pair in-store just to be sure, but they were too short for me. The regular length fits perfectly. A very flattering and timeless style.

Fab On-Trend Spring Trousers
Yes, I recommend this
The material is heavy which means the trousers hang really well. I bought the 8, short, I'm 5'4" and they are just about the right length with shoes, if I was any shorter they would be far too long. I'm not sure what is considered short these days but neither of my daughter's who are 5' 2" would be able to wear these without having them turned up by several inches. I haven't washed them yet but I think they will wash well on a gentle cycle. Great for smart casual events as well as work. I'm really pleased with them. More items of this quality and style please.

Love this style

I now have this style of trouser - high waist, wide leg, in a variety of colours. I was delighted to find them in navy blue. Unlike all the others these are about an inch shorter which makes it difficult for me to wear them with any heels on my shoes/boots. This is not true of the others I bought which are al that tiny bit longer and therefore more flattering.

I was so excited to order these - loved the colour! colour and material are lovely. I had ordered 8 short as I'm 5'1, but sadly they crumpled on the floor, dragging along as i walked to the mirror!! Far too long, amazed they were a Short fitting!

Bought both green and navy, now I want to keep both!!!! Ive never been a fan of skinny? narrow trousers. They just dont suit me but not had much choice for some years. Hopefully fashion has changed and more of these will be "in" now. Lovely material , perfect fit and excellent quality. Marks have suffered in recent times from poor fit , poor quality and style. Hopefully more like this and buck the trend.
