Disappointed
I really like the shape and design of the shoe but the back of both shoes is very hard and uncomfortable. I had 2 very sore areas on the heel of my foot after wearing them and they continue to be uncomfortable

Very poor packaging.
Lovely soft leather. Very comfortable. The packaging was none exsitant just a pair of shoes placed in in a thin plastic bag with no protection. Luckly they arrived a bit squashed but unable to return intime as I needed them the next day. I expected better from M&S hence to 1 star only review and I won't be using delivery again.

Thankfully people were honest in their reviews indicating that you should go down a full size. I am usually a 4 (37) but for these a 3 fitted perfectly. Very comfortable. Great colour.
