I chose this service after receiving a bouquet delivery from M&S following the death of my mother in law. I was so impressed by the flowers that I used the service to send a bereavement bouquet to a colleague from work. Flowers arrived the next day and my colleague said they were beautiful. I am afraid I am not happy with these flowers at all. They were quite expensive and started to droop within a day now all starting to turn brown. I always buy your flowers in the shop which are great. Treated myself because we are in isolation. So disappointed with them need to be thrown away now: don’t like moaning because you are my favourite shop for everything.

Lovely looking when fresh, but the roses never seem to last or even bloom. I generally try to avoid them, but they seem to be in every option. These were a Christmas present for my Aunt, so I would have expected them to last until I next saw her on 3rd Jan.
