Yes, I recommend this
I really like this product and find it does an excellent job of brightening the under eye area. Several have mentioned how orange it is and it does appear very bright from the tube, but when it is blended out the effect is excellent. I would point out I have awful under eye circles and I’m fair skinned and it doesn’t look too dark on me.

Mistaken purchase
I actually brought this by mistake as I wrongly believed after reading about it that it was an eye cream , I didn’t realise it was a very tinted eye concealer
