Instructions: To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline

Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Champagne Delacourt Brut (75cl) (Alcohol content- 12.5%) - contains Sulphites

Products will arrive in bud, or with fewer open flowers than pictured. This is to avoid damage during delivery and to give the maximum period of flowering in the home

Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.

100% failure to provide the finished product. Yes, the flowers and champagne arrived on time but the roses did not open from bud and was truly a major disappointment and my Fiancée was very unhappy. Before you ask, yes all precautions and the correct method of displaying the roses was taken into consideration - they look dead.

I bought these for my wife for Valentine’s Day and although she enjoyed the champagne, the roses have been a real disappointment as 8 days later, they still haven’t opened and they’re now starting to wilt and die. I will order from another seller in future as I’ve never experienced this before.

Ok they turned up on Valentine’s Day but the leaves looked like the were dead, curled up dry . The buds themselves were dark red at the tips and lighter red below, they didn’t open at all, despite water and flower food by day 3 they had completely wilted and were binned on day 4 . A cheap bunch frozen m the petrol station would have been a better bet.

My husband sent me the roses for a valentines surprise. They came packaged well and looked nice, when I got home I placed them in water with the food solution after cutting the stems and waited for them to open. Sadly they didn’t really just stayed closed up.
