Valentine's Be Mine Gift Bag

Disappointed with the sizes of roses. And they also died within 2 days. Was not a happy person.

My wife was very disappointed with these roses. The flowers were delivered already in full bloom, several became droopy and all only lasted a couple of days. I have attached a photo. It makes me reconsider ordering again. Regards

The roses arrived on time and in beautiful condition providing much pleasure for the Lady recipient.

Rose buds were small, I now believe getting flowers in store is way better than any flower deliveries. I don't believe there is a good option for flower deliveries. I wouldn't recommend getting these as they are already dying 2nd day.

The Valentine's Be Mine Gift Bag was an extra surprise for my wife on Valentine's Day. Delivery was on time, undamaged, and left in the usual safe place when no-one in. Presentation and impact very good on opening, however, after the gleeful whoops had subsided, on closer inspection the roses were definitely not buds, which is how they are supposed to arrive according to the product info on the web page, they were fully open roses, and already past their best. So, plenty of Brownie points to begin with, but overall M & S points, not many at all. Note - I am writing this on day 7, and the roses are no longer with us. I can safely say they didn't make anything like the 5th day looking beautiful, as per the M & S promise - I'm not a refund grabber, but maybe in this instance I should make an exception......

The roses looked more substantial in the online photo than they did in reality, even with the addition of the gypsophila. But the quality was good and they looked great. Perhaps I expected more roses for the price.

Too expensive for what they were Really small roses that stayed as buds and did not open. Also did not last very long. Won't buy again

Received Red roses in a bag . Very dissapointed,phoned customer services immediately. Roses were limp and two heads were broken off stems . THey were only about 12 inches in length ,had to search for a vase small enough to put them in. To pay £25 for these was redicoulous, the packaging was far better than the roses.Customer services were very supportive and credited me.

Brought for my son to give to his partner on this special day. Very disappointed and discusted by the presentation and quality and size of the roses. Very small buds and one sprig of gypsophil they are now dead. When it arrived it was not worth the 25.00. I wrote a complaint and M&S were very quick to respond and refund my money back so thank you M&S

If could give zero stars would. Terrible quality from M&S, the roses were so cut back they can't be more than 6 inches long. Warning do not waste your money in these next year!

The flowers do not look anything like the photo in which they are advertised. The flowers are small did not open and died pretty quickly. Overall I was disappointed

I bought these flowers for my mother on Valentine's day - I saw her 2 days later and they were virtually all dead, was not impressed, she didn't want to tell me as they were a present. Am really surprised that the quality was so poor coming from M&S...would not recommend them I'm afraid.

Was very disappointed with the gift bag, photo on website was very misleading when roses arrived they were very small more like a rose you would put in a button hole, one strand of gypsophila that looks lost or shoved in as a last resort, when comparing bunches of red roses from other stores at half the price this was such a let down, and to rub salt in to the wound most of the roses have now wilted and died. My loved one was not very impressed.Will not use M&S for flowers again.
