Your shoes run smaller than usual, I was a size 6 for many years, went to 6 1/2 for inserts, yours I ordered Size 7, still feel short!! I paid extra for Express shipping to take on trip with much walking, according to tracking they were in my town day before I left, but was delivered day after I left for trip, very disappointed!! With no cushion left on feet, I really needed the extra cushion and support!
