This shoe has a good, stiff, but not too stiff, sole with a lot of cushion. They feel great but do run slightly large, I could easily go down a half size.

You will want a second pair before you know it! Don't hesitate on purchasing these, they won't stay in stock long. Best pair of sneakers I own and I own a ton. Great for training and walking

This shoe has become my go to every day shoe now. I used to only wear Sonics and this has quickly replaced them. I wear this shoe for errands, walking, running and playing tennis and have had no issues with them. They fit true to size and are so comfortable I can keep them on all day. Super breathable with the knit upper but still locks your foot in! Great value for the price.
