Incomplete lamp fittings?

I bought this floor lamp as it was very good value. That said, I had expected the lamp to come with the over lock to screw onto the area where the shade connects to the lamp itself. I haven't yet had time to go to my local store to ask about this so I feel the lamp is incomplete.

Purchased this after looking at others. A similar lamp in next cost around £140 so for under £60 this is great. Taller than expected but then again I didn’t check sizes online but am still happy with my purchase. Nice dark grey colour which looks good in our lounge. Easy assembly.

Stylish lamp
I'm really pleased with this lamp. It looks stylish and was a doddle to put together. Some reviewers have commented that it's not particularly sturdy, and it's true, at the end of the day it's quite a tall lamp on three skinny legs, so it's never going to be super-sturdy, but I've put it next to a sofa where there's no risk of it getting knocked over.

I love this modern floor lamp, it fills a vacant corner in my lounge, gives a great light for reading and looks very trendy. It compares favourably in price with other similar styled lamps on the high street. What I didn’t like quite so much was the fact that I wasn’t given the option of collecting it in store and was charged for delivery despite it being over £50.

Lovely lamp that took less than 5 minutes to assemble and looks stylish in the corner of the front room. As mentioned in other reviews, not having wires hanging out at the top of the lamp really makes a difference. Its the perfect height to give a soft glow in the room without being too bright.
