How to Use: On a weekly basis, apply a grape-sized amount to pre-shampooed hair. Focus on the scalp, gently massaging using your finger tips. Work through the hair and then rinse thoroughly.

I’ve used this twice since purchasing. Once a week. I put it on damp hair in the shower and massage in well. The smell is amazing. Minty and makes your scalp tingle. I leave it on a few minutes before washing and conditioning as usual. Not used enough to see benefits but love the product. Bought on offer so great value.
